1. How Can I Place an Order ?
Please send us your purchase list by email or fax, we will send you a proforma invoice with bank details for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model number, product name, quantity
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepaid)
* Forwarder’s contact details if you assign them
2. Payment Term ?
Cash; Wire Transfer in advance ; Transfer by Western Union ; Paypal with 6% extra charge
In order to short the delivery time, please fax or email us a wire transfer copy once you settle the payment, we’ll arrange production or prepare goods once we get that copy and make delivery ASAP after your payment arrival.
If you want faster delivery for the samples order, you can send via Western Union or Paypal, we can deliver within 24 hours if we have sample in stock !
3. About Sample and Cost ?
Usually we supply some free samples ( total value under 10 USD) if you have a Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If total sample value over 10 USD, please pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
4. About Minimum Order Quantity?
The MOQ vary from different product and stock situation from 10pcs to 1000pcs. We can also accept sample order if we have them in stock.
5. How Can the Products Be Sent To us ?
- According small quantity or weight less than 45 kg , sent usually by courier (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS) or Normal Air Post. According orders over 45kg , can be sent by air to the airport near you.
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX: around 3-4 days to reach you
EMS: around 7-10 days to reach you
Normal Air Post: around 15-20 days to reach you
- According big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
- The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
6. Shipping information:
- We ship worldwide from Monday to Saturday
- When payment is confirmed, shipping will be made within 2-3 business days for small order ,or 10-20 business days for big order. Usually we have a certain of quantity in stock for fast shipping.
- You can choose shipping method when making order, delivery cost & time is decided by shipping company, we are not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.
- We will write your phone number for shipping, when special status happened, the shipping company will contact with you.
- In principle we are not responsible for any missing or damage during the delivery, however each case will be dealt with on an individual base.
- When goods arrive you, we highly recommend you to open the box to check quantity and see if any damage for the products before make a signature.
7. What’s the Warranty of Your Products ?
3 months to 12 months, depending on the product. Please return unqualified products within 8 business day to us for free replacement, repair or refund.
8. Return policy:
- We test our products before offering them for sale and test each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders.
- In case you receive a faulty product, please inform us by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods, we will be happy to assist you the return.
- We are not responsible for any return shipping charges, however we are responsible for shipping charges of the replaced or repaired items delivered to you.
- Any goods found to be faulty after valid period may not be exchanged and returned, however each case will be dealt with on an individual base.
